The relationship between you and Bella Sloan Enterprises is referred to as "employment at-will". This means that either the employee or Bella Sloan Enterprises may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. No representative of Bella Sloan Enterprises, other than the Executive Director or Board of Directors, has authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time or to make any agreement contrary to the at-will employment relationship, and any such agreement must be in writing and signed by the Executive Director or a member of the Board of Directors. This at-will employment relationship may not be changed except in writing and signed by the Executive Director or a member of the Board of Directors.
